Every size, what it holds, what it costs
Nine rows is the entire catalogue. The middle column is the one worth reading, because almost everyone rents one size too big the first time.

Every unit is roll-up door, concrete floor, ground level, with lighting on the drive. Nothing here is upstairs and nothing needs a cart. If two sizes look close, take the smaller one and ring if it does not go in; moving up in the first thirty days costs nothing.
Getting in, and what has to stay out
Access
- Gate code access, 6am to 10pm, seven days
- Office staffed Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings
- Perimeter fence, cameras on the drives and at the gate
- Lot lit from dusk, plowed and gravelled after snow
- Your own padlock, and nobody here holds a second key
- Rent online, by phone, or a check in the office slot
You can be in a unit and back out on the highway in under three minutes, which is the honest reason people move here from the places in town.
Not allowed in a unit
- Anyone living or sleeping in one, ever
- Fuel, propane, paint thinner, fertiliser, ammunition
- Running a generator, a compressor or a workshop
- Food that is not sealed, which is how a whole row gets mice
- Anything with a tank of gas still in it, mowers included
- Tyres in quantity, because disposal law makes them ours
Insurance is your homeowner or renter policy, and most already extend to a storage unit. Ring your agent and ask before you assume, because the answer differs by carrier and the office cannot answer it for you.
